Investigative Methodology
How We Investigate & Verify
Every claim published on this site is grounded in a documented evidentiary standard. The following methodology governs all content published in this archive.
Source Identification
All investigations begin with the identification of primary source documents: state agency records, court filings, licensing databases, corporate registration records, and regulatory correspondence. No investigation proceeds on secondary or unverified sources alone.
Document Verification
Each document submitted to or obtained by this publication is independently verified against the issuing agency or jurisdiction. Reference numbers, filing dates, and jurisdictional metadata are confirmed prior to archiving.
Corroboration Standard
Material claims are corroborated by a minimum of two independent documentary sources before publication. Single-source claims are clearly labeled as unverified or under review in the document archive.
Right of Response
Prior to publishing findings that name specific individuals or entities in a material adverse context, this publication makes reasonable efforts to provide the named party an opportunity to respond. Responses, if received, are published alongside the relevant findings.
Whistleblower Protections
Submissions from former clients, contractors, and affected parties are handled under strict editorial confidentiality. Source identities are never disclosed without explicit written consent. Submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Corrections Policy
If a published finding is demonstrated to be factually inaccurate through documentary evidence, this publication will issue a correction within 72 hours of receiving the contradicting documentation. Corrections are published prominently alongside the original content.

Documented Pattern
Exploitation of Vulnerable Sales Representatives
A documented pattern of conduct has been reported by former sales representatives employed by Anthony and Gina Delmedico's operation. The pattern involves recruiting individuals in financially vulnerable circumstances, extracting pipeline-building labor, and then systematically withholding the compensation and job support those representatives were promised — ultimately forcing them out.
Targeting Vulnerable Individuals
Former representatives report that Anthony and Gina Delmedico specifically recruited individuals in financially vulnerable situations — people who needed income and were willing to work on commission-based terms. These individuals were used to build the company's sales pipeline and client base.
Jobs Built, Then Withheld
Once sales representatives brought in jobs and built their pipeline, the Delmedicos are alleged to have deliberately withheld those jobs from being processed — building the files themselves and working on the accounts directly, cutting the original sales rep out of their own earned commissions.
Estimate Access Revoked
Representatives report that access to write their own estimates was removed, placing control of the estimating process — and therefore the commission pipeline — exclusively in the hands of management. This prevented sales reps from independently advancing their own accounts.
Supplement Department — Family Friend Favoritism
The supplement department, responsible for negotiating additional insurance claim payments, is reported to be staffed by a family friend of the Delmedicos. This individual is alleged to have been paid at a higher rate than the sales representatives whose accounts generated the work, creating a compensation structure that favored insiders over field staff.
Sales Representatives Paid Out-of-Pocket for Gas
Sales representatives were required to pay for their own fuel expenses while canvassing and servicing accounts — a significant out-of-pocket cost for commission-only workers. When representatives could no longer afford fuel due to delayed or withheld commissions, their ability to work was further undermined.
Jobs Taken When Representatives Couldn't Continue
When sales representatives — unable to sustain out-of-pocket expenses on withheld commissions — could no longer actively work their accounts, their jobs were taken from them. Former reps allege this outcome was not incidental but the predictable result of a deliberate pattern: starve the rep of income, then absorb their pipeline.
Manufactured Chaotic Work Environment
Multiple former representatives describe a deliberately chaotic work environment used to obscure accountability. Disorganization, shifting expectations, and lack of transparent commission tracking made it difficult for representatives to identify or document when and how their jobs were being diverted.
The allegations documented in this section are based on accounts submitted by former sales representatives. This publication presents these accounts in the public interest. Individuals with direct knowledge of these practices are encouraged to submit documentation through the secure Whistleblower Portal.
